We aspire to promote creativity and different forms of arts among students. Art is also a form of stress buster and we provide opportunities to everyone so that they can take time from their busy schedule and make themselves happy through arts and editing.”Design can be art. Orphanage Visit on Children’s Day 13th November 2022
Every child resembles a different kind of flower and all of them put together make this world look like a wonderful and beautiful garden. “Arsarena” the arts and editing club of St Peter’s engineering college has visited to the orphanage and celebrated children’s day with kids. They distributed handmade greetings and chocolates among children and filled their day with joy. A tribute to childhood becomes more memorable when it is celebrated with fun filled activities.
Government School Visit on Children’s Day 14th November 2022
The most precious thing in this world is the smile on the face of a child. Never let the kid in yourself die and make sure to take care of it whenever needed. Your kinder heart would make everything better. On this special occasion Arsarena the arts club of St Peter’s engineering college visited government schools on 14th November 2022 and distributed handmade greeting cards, chocolates and sweets to the children and had a great time with them by entertaining those kids. Children are the flowers from heaven. Let’s make this world a safe and enjoyable place for our kids.
Cheriyal Painting Workshop on 22nd, 23rd, 24th November 2022
Arsarena the arts club of st Peter’s engineering college has organized a 3 day cheriyal painting workshop in collaboration with SPIC MACAY the heritage club. D .Nageshwar Rao was the trainer for the three day workshop where he thought cheriyal painting to students. The Cheriyal paintings represent a distinct local invention based mainly on local traditions. The Nakashis are the artists of Telangana and the scrolls constitute a key element of the social and cultural setting of Telangana. These paintings were mostly confined to Cheriyal village and hence called Cheriyal scrolls. With the support of the college management, Secretary Mr. V. Reddy, Principal Dr. K. Sree Latha, Academic Director Mrs. Saroja Reddy, Administrative Director Mr. Anurag Reddy, the event was successfully done. And at the end students learnt various paintings and filled the blank canvas with cheriyal scrolls.
